Cancellation

Our top priority is to provide great experience to our students and to you as parents. If we fall short, let us know and we will work with you to correct the situation. If minimum enrollment requirements are not met, we may need to cancel the class. In this case, we will make all efforts to switch you to a comparable class and, if no such class is available, a credit or full refund will be provided.

Live-online Courses

You can make changes or request cancellations:

  • No fee: Up to 48 hours prior to start of the course
  • €30 processing fee: 48 hours – to start of the course
  • Students may join late, but the tuition will not be prorated
  • No makeup classes
  • No changes or refunds after start of the course
  • Full refund can be requested after the first session. (We do not offer free trials, since we have a major setup associated with each new student. However, we do offer a full refund after the first session, if you are not satisfied with the course.)

In-person after-school clubs

You can make changes or request cancellations, only if not regulated otherwise by the school:

  • No fee: Up to 48 hours prior to start of the course

In-person camps

You can make changes or request cancellations: 

  • No fee: Up to 7 days prior to start of the camp
  • €60 processing fee: 7 days – to start of the camp
  • Students may join late, but the tuition will not be prorated
  • No makeup classes are available for camps
  • No changes or refunds after start of the course
  • Full refund can be requested after the first session. (We do not offer free trials, since we have a major setup associated with each new student. However, we do offer a full refund after the first session, if you are not satisfied with the course.)

Membership (Annual Subscription)

Subscriptions may be cancelled during the first 30 days of the subscription period (30 day trial period). Cancellations made after the first 30 days will not render a refund and will only be used to pause future renewals.

We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.
Our website juniorcodingclub.com and our payment process submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. More details can be found via Stripe.com or Paypal.com at Customer refund processing time.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Go to https://juniorcodingclub.com > Account > Orders
  2. Select the order number of the membership you want to refund.
  3. Select the ellipsis icon (three dots) next to the order total column. This opens a prompt to Request a Refund.
    Note: If you do not see the ellipsis icon, it means the 30-day period has passed.
  4. Click the link to Request a refund. A Refund Request Form displays. Select a refund reason from the drop-down menu and add details about your reason for the refund request.
  5. Select Request Refund. dAn automated response confirming receipt is sent to the email address associated with your account. Once we’ve had a chance to review the request, we will be in touch about the refund process.
